Starting August 4, 2025, all orders placed via us.ecco.com and the ECCO mobile app will be eligible for Free Returns!
Orders placed before this date will not qualify for free returns and must follow the previous return process.
How do I make a return?
Go to our online return portal: click here
Have your order number ready. It starts with one of these prefixes: EC, US, or MA.
Enter the email address used to place the order.
We’ll check your return eligibility and contact you if we need more info.
What are the return requirements?
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and unworn to qualify for a refund.
Socks must be unopened and unworn.
Refunds exclude original shipping and handling fees.
For promotional purchases (e.g., 10% off $250, Buy More Save More), refunds are pro-rated unless all qualifying items are returned.
Use the prepaid return label provided through our online portal to ship your items back.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2-4 weeks. You’ll get an email confirmation.
Important details
Returns accepted only for US orders placed via us.ecco.com or the ECCO mobile app.
Items purchased at ECCO retail stores or other retailers must be returned there.
ECCO retail stores limit returns to 2 pairs per customer per day.
Products bought for resale are not eligible unless defective.
We may refuse returns violating ECCO policies.
If returned items are worn or damaged, we will contact you and send them back without a refund.

You can return your ECCO online purchase to any of our company owned ECCO Retail Store or ECCO Outlet.
Independent retailers that carry ECCO shoes do not accept returns from us.ecco.com. Please bring the following items with you when returning to an ECCO store:
Order and email shipping confirmation
Packing list that was included with your purchase
The merchandise in unworn condition and in the original box
Valid ID
Your original form of payment
ECCO owned and operated stores returns are limited to 2 pairs per day per customer.

You can return your order at a participating ECCO store or ECCO Outlet. Simply use our store locator to find your closest location. Bring your unworn shoes in their original box to the ECCO Store with your order & shipping confirmation email, the packing slip included with your shipment and a valid photo ID and we will process your request. For Buy Online and Pick Up In Store, any store associate can help you process the return, just bring the order confirmation number and a valid government-issued photo ID, such as driving license or passport. Please note: PayPal orders will be given store merchandise credit only.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your us.ecco.com purchase. Items must be unused and unworn in order to be accepted for a return and a refund.
We can only issue a refund to the credit, debit card or PayPal Account used for the purchase. We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you. All us.ecco.com returns must be sent back using your returns label that is provided by customer support after the return is processed. If you do not have this, Click here to create your return electronically. At this time, us.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website. All purchases made through an ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.

We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges. Our product availability changes daily and we cannot guarantee the availability of the exchange item in your size/color.
